We all know there are benefits to crafting. Crafting can be therapeutic and relaxing. Crafting boosts brain health, increases hand-eye coordination, and enhances creativity. Most of all, crafting feels good, and it's fun!
I discovered crafting when I was in grade school, and it's been a passion of mine ever since. I think I've tried just about every craft imaginable. I have enjoyed crocheting, jewelry making, sewing, painting, paper crafts, and origami.
Crafting can save you money. That's after you have bought all the supplies, of course! I don't remember the last time I bought a greeting card or gift from a store. I also like renewing old furniture and objects to bring new purpose instead of throwing things away.
I enjoy learning new skills and sharing them with others, so I am excited to be a part of this fantastic team at Element3Health. As your club leader, I am here to help you discover the joy of crafting!
Please let me know what you would like to learn and do. I welcome your comments and suggestions.
