![]() We can probably all agree that physical activity - like walking, dancing, etc - is important for our overall health. It helps to maintain our strength and mobility, among other things. Something that is equally as important, though, is stretching! According to this Harvard Health article, it keeps our muscles flexible and strong, helps maintain range of motion and helps prevent joint pain and injuries. I know I can definitely feel a difference when I work on improving my flexibility. I recently worked with a Physical Therapist on posture strengthening, and a big part of it is daily stretching!
