On Thursday, January 14, 10:30am MT, we'll have a special event! A 30-minute Dance Fitness class taught by our Club Leader, Cindy M! It'll be a fun, easy to follow, low impact exercise class that everyone can enjoy! No equipment is necessary, just clothes that are comfortable to move in and shoes with good support. Cindy teaches a variety of dances and believes in the power of dance to positively affect both the mind and body. She finds great joy in providing a fun, safe environment where her students can also experience the freedom that dance has to offer.
