Our mission here at the E3Hv Sewing Club, is to make new friends, expand our skills and share our passion for sewing in a supportive virtual environment. On Tuesday's at 9 a.m. MT we do just that during our Sew Together / Skill Sharing sessions in which we work through a themed project. Because there is a great deal of skill variation in this group and (of course) we all have our own style preferences everyone is free to choose their own patterns. Our theme for the remainder of September is "Any Pants". Here is a list of patterns selected to date: Andrea: McCalls 7620 Doreen: Simplicity 8389 / Butterick 6528 Joanne: Burda 7062 KC: Drafting custom shorts using McCalls 2080 Dara: Kwick Sew 3897 Suzette: Simplicity 8389 Sally: Simplicity 8655 / Simplicity S8841 Cheryl: Vouge 1522 Elaine: Fit Nice Master Pants Pattern Kim: New Look E6005 Usha: New Look 6055 This dynamic group brings more than 337 years of cumulative sewing experience to our conversation as well as a lot of laughter and grace thereby offering us all a unique opportunity to be a part of a supportive group that will not only encourage you to try new things; but, insist you finish what you start! Everyone, with an interest in sewing, is welcome to join us regardless of skill level! Just pick your favorite pant pattern, choose your material and sign up here.
