To sew the "In My Garden Tote" you will need to precut the following fabric panels:
Front / Rear Body Panels: 18" x 18", Cut 4 Sides / Base: 8" x 18", Cut 6 Interior Slip Pocket and Zipper Pocket: 18" x 18", Cut 2 Zipper Pocket Trim: 18" x 4", Cut 1 Interior Elasticized Pocket: 18" x 24", Cut 1 Handles: 6" x 30", Cut 2 Top Ties: 3" x 18", Cut 2 Additional supplies include: 18" + Zipper Elastic Batting In this week's skill share segment we explored the possibilities of the slip, pleated, elasticized and zippered pocket and how these styles of pockets can be layered to create a dynamic and functional piece. Next week, Andrea, will demonstrate how to incorporate a base and side panels to create an oversized tote with multiple pockets.
